I’m not your average Realtor®. I didn’t come into this business through sales scripts or polished seminars, I came through dirt, concrete, sawdust, and steel. Over a decade in commercial construction and land development gave me a skill most agents don’t have: I see the bones of a property before the paint, the potential before the paperwork.
